- For youth, ages 7-12, to gain an increase knowledge of different cultures.

- Hands-on workshop on foods, holidays, games and music.

- To reach 100% of afterschool 4-H youth with a cultural experience.
- To gain a better understanding of the Hmong and Hispanic cultures.
