Formatting Specifics
- Font: Times-Roman
- Single-spaced typing, double-spaced between paragraphs
- No Columns
- Limit formatting to only Bullets
- One space after punctuation
- Smart or curly double quotes
- Use italics for names of books, periodicals, etc.
- MS Word is preferred. If you do not have MS Word, please use Notepad or another simple text editor.

Please include the following information at the end of your article. We will use the appropriate information into News & Views. It will also provide a means for us to contact you quickly with questions or editorial changes.

Photographs

- Our preference at this time is still in hardcopy form. It gives the publisher the best high clarity form for print.
- If you have digital photos, then here are the formats we will accept:
- .eps
- .tif (high resolution)
- .jpg (high resolution - please note: this is the least of our preferences)
